We do warrant that we use a third party e-commerce host, Big Commerce, to keep our Website up-to-date and running proficiently and securely.

Sciencemall-USA will not be liable for any misuse of any of the products purchased, and that the said products purchased in your orders are for educational purposes to be used with educated adult supervision. If you lack educational knowledge of your purchase and how to handle it, we ask you not to buy it. Only you know your level of expertise, and we rely on each customers choice in discerning that level. If you need further information and feel you lack adequate ability to handle any rock or mineral, we require you to contact us for further information, or not buy it, and Sciencemall-USA is in no way liable for your lack of contact or adequate instruction, or future mishandling of any specimen, and it is entirely your responsibility once you make the purchase. In the way of jewelry purchases, each piece is professionally created and we are only liable and limited to the replacement or repair of any jewelry purchases, including jewelry purchased from KennedyCoJewelry, a company affiliate. We will not repair or replace any jewelry or product that has undergone a destructive process. Once you receive any products ordered on our website, it is entirely your responsibility to handle them properly.

Sciencemall-USA goes to great lengths to accurately display the attributes of our products, including accurate visual representation of our products, including the color correct applicable colors. The actual colors you see will depend on your computer system, tablet or mobile phone, and we cannot guarantee that your device will accurately display such colors.

After your purchase(s) are made, upon completion and shipment, all products and risk of loss or damage will pass to the buyer.

These Terms will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of Iowa, USA, without regard to conflicts of laws principles. By using this Site, you consent to the jurisdiction of, and agree that any and all disputes regarding these Terms and/or use of the Site not subject to the arbitration provision set forth herein, will be brought before, the federal, state, and local courts located in Dubuque, Iowa.
