About Us: Sciencemall-USA.com is owned and operated by Jensan Scientifics LLC, located in the state of Iowa, USA. We are an internet only company. We do ship Worldwide, with the exception of the United Kingdom and Australia. Other exclusions may apply.
Our Clients: We are dedicated to serving the science enthusiast, private scientific collectors, colleges, universities, planetariums, discovery centers, field museums, Hollywood Movie Studios, international scientists and more from around the world. We have been in the internet business for over 26 years.
Our Shipping Speed: Shipping occurs in 1-3 business days from the date of order placement. With "Next Day" orders, they usually ship immediately that same day if the order is placed before 1 pm CST, unless it is a weekend or a holiday. There are several different speeds of shipping during the checkout process you can chose from.
More Questions About Shipping? All items ship Priority Mail for Free in the USA, no matter the weight. International shipping is not free. We never ship parcel post, as it is less trackable/ insurable.
Questions About International Orders? International shipping is not free. We do not pay any import duties or taxes. You are not charged for them in your checkout process, so you must pay these yourself. You MUST provide a telephone number for customs use. If you do not, we will email you for it and this unnecessarily slows the shipping process.
Returns: Returns will be accepted for exchange, repair or in-store credit, as long as the returned merchandise is returned properly in its received condition.
Reasons for returns: Received wrong product, problem with product, exchange, or repair.
We are not responsible for “Acts of God”, misuse, or abuse while your purchase is not in our possession.
If an order is unsigned for and returned to us, we require you to contact us and establish a way of resending the order. Your order is not cancelled because you refused to pick it up, after shipment. It is still you responsibility once we send it the first time to pick it up, and any time thereafter.
In-Store Credit: We are happy to use the in-store credit towards any item on our website. Please note that the in-store credit cannot be used on shipping costs or duties and taxes.
Canceling the Sale: You may cancel your order within 1 business days after your order confirmation email is sent and you will receive a full refund. There is an exception being that if your order was originally processed through PayPal. PayPal charges a processing fees of 2.9% + $0.30. Orders canceled after this duration will be issued a 80% refund in the form of an in-store credit.
Our rights: We reserve the right to cancel any sale or order at any time.
Return Time Eligibility: You must let us know within 2 business days of receiving your order that there is a problem with it. We work hard for satisfied customers, so we are happy to work with you.
Returns/Exchanges: If you’re not completely satisfied with your item after you receive it, return it within the first ten days and you will receive an in-store credit from us.
Soliciting: Geological specimen trades are welcomed and we do trade for materials from professional, verifiable sources.
